Long Term Fitness Goal: Gaining five kilograms of muscles at the end of the year
- Eat high protein everyday ( chicken, pork, beef )
- Exercise at least 30 minutes per day
- Change my diet to consume less fats
- Consume less sugar
- Consume every kinds of vegetables and fruits
